- Final cleaning: € 30,00 (with due to clean the kitchenette);
- Baby cot: € 20,00 (to indicate in the reservation);
- Animals admitted: € 20,00 (to indicate in the reservation);
- Caution money: € 150,00 (to be refunded on the departure).

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 40 days before arrival: no penality
- 20 days before arrival: 25% of penality
- 10 days before arrival: 50% of penality
- 3 days before arrival: 75% of penality
- 2 days before arrival: 100% of penality
